Getting Your Restaurant Noticed

The Restaurant Webmaster “Restaurant Directories” are an excellent way to get your restaurant noticed. When people are searching for a restaurant to visit they often turn to Internet search engines to find what they are looking for. Our Restaurant Directories respond well to all the search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN. etc) and people come to our sites every week looking for restaurants in your area.

As a highlighted restaurant you will see the most Internet traffic produced by the website. We will link directly to your existing website (if you do not have a restaurant website, we can develop and maintain one for you for as little as $199/year) as well as develop a tailored page for your restaurant on the directory. You will also receive all of the benefits of the Featured and Suggested restaurant categories as well.

2.) Featured Restaurant ($39/year)

As a “Featured Restaurant” your restaurant will be one of twelve restaurants that are placed on the scroller at the top of our restaurant directory sites.

We will link directly to your existing website (if you do not have a restaurant website, we can develop and maintain one for you for as little as $199/year) as well as develop a tailored page for your restaurant on the directory. You will also receive all of the benefits of the Suggested restaurant category as well.

3.) Suggested Restaurant ($19/year)

As a “Suggested restaurant” your restaurant will be listed with a hot link in the middle column of our directory site just below the Featured restaurants.

We will also give you a hot link to your existing restaurant website (if you do not have a restaurant website, we can develop and maintain one for you for as little as $199/year) on your free restaurant listing on the site. People are more likely to visit your site with a hot link then if they have to type in your url (website address).

4.) Free restaurant Listing

With your free “restaurant listing” on our directory you can send us articles about your restaurant which we will publish on the site. These articles can promote the activities and specials of your restaurant and will help to attract visitors to your existing website (if you do not have a restaurant website, we can develop and maintain one for you for as little as $199/year) and restaurant.

Restaurant Webmaster Directory/Website Information

In order to develop the best directory page or website for you, we need the following information.

  • A copy of your menu (breakfast, lunch, dinner, specials, take-out)
  • Days open and Hours of operation
  • Address and phone number
  • A few of your favorite recipes
  • Any reviews you might have of your restaurant
  • A logo if you have one

If you were talking to someone about your restaurant, how would you answer the following questions?

  • What is your restaurant like?
  • What kind of food do you serve?
  • What is the atmosphere like?
  • Is your restaurant casual or formal?
  • Do you need a reservation?

Would you like to start a blog for your restaurant?  This is a great way to help your website get traffic from the Internet.  You can write the occasional article (two or three times a month) and ask people that work for you or even your regular customers to write the occasional 200- 300 word article about your site.  If you are interested in a blog, we have a couple of different solutions bit of which are no extra charge.  One solution is that we we will start a free blogger.com blog for you and teach you how to use it.  The other option is that you email us your articles and we add them to your site.

We also need some pictures of your restaurant (inside, outside, food, staff, customers, etc).  If you have a digital camera and are comfortable with getting the pictures on to your computer and emailing them then do that.  If that is going to slow down the process, go to your local drug store and buy a disposal flash camera with 27 exposures.  Take the pictures and then return the camera to your 1 hour film developer.  Have them put the pictures on a CD.  The cameras will cost you about $5.  The CD will cost about $5.  This is often the quickest and most convenient way to get us pictures.

Restaurant Directory Services

On Restaurant Webmaster we are developing restaurant directories to help restaurants increase the flow of traffic to their websites and to their restaurants. Currently we have 15 directory sites up and running in Florida. We have plans to expand into California, Texas, Georgia, North and South Carolina, Ohio, and Tennessee.

On each of our directories we offer 12 local restaurants the opportunity to be a featured restaurant. All the restaurants in the area are listed, but the site primarily revolves around the 12 featured restaurants. You can be a featured restaurant on one of our directories in your area for $120/year. As a featured restaurant you will receive highlighted placement on the site, a page on the site for your restaurant information, and a link to your existing website if you have one. If we do not have a restaurant directory for your area, we will start one.

These restaurant directory sites have to show up on page 1 of a Google search to be effective. This takes time to happen and we are in the process of making all these sites search engine friendly.
